a new day

starting my new job tomorrow ~sigh~
why am i sighing?
coz i've been extremely busy this week trying to finish off all my work
the weekend didnt help much either

i'm so tired
not just because of last week
but also of the weeks to come
at this age of mine, change isnt something easily accepted, or embraced
it's a very high challenge that. truth be told, i'm not even really sure i can win

was supposed to drop by a friend's house to pick some tuberose seedlings after i went to the airport this morning
but i mis-timed my journey, and i ended up being an hour early
tried to call the friend on her mobile, but wasnt getting a respond
so i left a message saying i couldnt make it (since i dont even know where her house is)
that's pretty stupid of me
i should've at least asked for directions earlier so i could've tried finding her place first
by the time she returned my call, i was reaching home
oh well~
some other time maybe

just like yesterday, i spend the rest of the day playing fallout 3
took a short nap at noon, though
had to do something to release all those steam
so fallout 3 is the best solution hehe
felt so good shooting & blasting all those mutants, ghouls, mercenaries, raiders etc

oh yeah
last friday was my last day at the Yucky
signed off at around 10pm with the colleague who's taking over my work
went to old town for supper & chit-chatting
havent done such a thing with friends for quite some time, i realise
was rather "lifting"
we didnt even realise it was already 1am huhu
well...we stayed until 2am
then both of us was making garfield eyes
so we decided to call it a day
sped my satria along the mex
didnt dare use the back road coz it would be too deserted
well..wasnt really speeding
my tank was running empty *lol*
upon reaching the rest area, saw these two cars exiting the place via the entrance
must be some fellas who wanted to show off how macho or how samseng they were
plain childish, if u ask me
so i went off just minding my own business
looking at the rearview mirror, can see the two cars just now were speeding like they saw a ghost or something
pretty fast driving..i thought they were Evos or Beemers
when they passed by me..duh~ just a waja & a wira...mere wannabees

setakat mampu bwk keta nasional je tu wakakakkakakaka
and off they both went into the night
after a distance, i saw two cars stoppping by the road
one's on the emergency lane, while the other (the waja wannabe evo) was on the most left lane (the slow lane)
i was like...hello? why are u stopping on the road?
although, i did feel a bit nervous at the time
what if those two were road bullies? what if they decided to corner me?
so i took the furthest right lane and maintaining my speed of a hundred, i just drove off without looking at them
when i was a bit ahead, i saw the two cars started moving
suddenly i heard someone blowing their horn
what is this?
my heart was already taking up speed...steadily going faster than my car speed hihi
but i just kept my cool...AND my car speed
and the evo-wannabe sped off fast past me
was he challenging me for a race?
or was that honk a signal to the other car for their next action?
if given a choice, i'd rather choose the former
i was thinking...if out of a sudden the car blocks my way, i'd just ram thru him like a bullet train
let the insurance co worry about the cost of the damages later on
luckily for me..nothing else happened
and luckily still, my exit was just a few meters ahead, which the evo wannabe gave a miss
phew~

i'm just thankful nothing bad happened
