off to the Highlands...again?! *LOL*

yeah...my 3rd trip to the Highlands
this time, i drove all by myself
meeting my sister at the hotel on the highest peak ;)
i wanted to save time reaching the peak, so i used the old road
*bad choice*
it was....a pretty scary experience
the road was narrow & oh-so winded & was rather empty & was in the middle of a thick forest
can't imagine driving up there at night *shivers*
not to mention the rather uncomfortable feeling of driving as a single woman driver passing by local men sitting by the roadsides

anyways...reached the hotel more than 1/2 an hour earlier than i would if using the new road
of that...i'm glad
checked in to my sister's room...do a little work on my fairy flowers..then the tv got more interesting (Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix was on) so i just watched tv with a bag of Ruffles chips instead *lol*
that's really LAZING around
in the evening, went to the Farmers' Market with sis to shop for fresh produce & flowers
hurmm..not as much stalls as my last visit, but we did end up buying:

• 1 bunch of red roses
• 1 bunch of pink roses
• 1 bunch of off-white roses
• 1 bunch of white, pink-tipped roses
• 1 bunch of pale orange roses
• 1 bunch of pink carnations
• 3 bunches of calla lilies (mine!)
• 1 bunch of off-white gerberas
• bunch of fridge magnets
• few boxes of Highlands tea
• jagung bakar ~~yummm...~~
  
• 1 whole roasted chicken!

hehe we only manage to eat half a chicken
continued shopping the next day..bought some corns
sis bought souvenir t-shirts
oh yeah...brought her to the Agro Garden coz she wanted to see a real life tulip
unfortunately for her, it wasnt in season
the whole Garden looked bare
guess they just did re-planting
oh well~

had a quick lunch after checking out from the hotel
drove home..arrived around 530pm
sat down to relax for a while..took a shower & went out again for dinner
someone was craving for a fat juicy steak
so i suggested we go to Chilli's at BSC
but she ended up ordering a fat burger instead and only manage to eat half
was too sleepy n tired (both of us)

am tired still...
i think this is the most boring entry i've ever made hahahahahha
