went thru the blogs on my links
i loved the latest post on "the midnight gardener"
imagine waking up in the morning to the sights of tulips & daffodils and all those colourful spring flowers
what a life~
i simply ADORE the many daffodils greeting the day's sunshine in the pics
i've always liked looking at colourful gardens
would love to have one of my own, but i dont have much of a green hand
when i was in school, i tried planting roses a couple of times, to no avail
i tried gerberas, only the snails were lucky enough to be thriving between the stalks *yuck*
maybe i should've kept planting them in pots, not on the ground
but, i did great with balsam plants (well~partly because they don't really need any maintenance hehe)
and my lavender besides the steps at 10, Vesty Avenue were growing nicely
i regretted that i didn't take the plant home for a trial planting here
hurmm...the rosemary i brought back from the Highlands' looking kinda dry
maybe it needs to live in the aircond? hehehe
it's really sensitive to heat
anyhows, one of my "trumpet" bulb just bloomed :)
now THAT's a flower that never fails me
in fact, while i was away from home during my studies last time, the flower seemed only to be in full bloom everytime i'm home for the holiday
i dont really know what type of bulbous plant it is...related to the amaryllis, probably

will get some earthen pot when my pay's in this month
wanna start some serious flower garden for the place
i think i'm gonna buy me a calla lily to grow ;)
