French lace

had a rather packed week, up until the weekend
managed to survive my first week at the new office
i'm still clueless at what my job scope & responsibilities are, but i'm sure they're going to be A LOT
hahaha so last week, i made myself busy attending trainings & orientations to get to know my new employers more
one thing's for sure, miss my friends at the old office

the Doc was also here for the week
so weekdays, after office, i had to pick her up from her boyfriend's parents house coz it was much nearer than having to pick her from kl sentral
huhuhu boy, did she do much shopping
well..she's earned all the money she has...so she has the right to spend them as she wants

yesterday, we went to jln tar
she generously sponsored 2sets of fabric for my wedding
1 is a set of specially embroidered Japanese lace lined with white satin + satin for the groom
the lace is off-white, strewn with lime- green beads, which i'll be wearing for the reception
the other set, which i'm most happiest *lol* is a set of off-white French lace lined with white satin crepe..my most expensive dress ever!
to which, she has turned one of my dreams come true...
to wear a French lace on my wedding
the lace is not like your usual lace
it's very soft & light, very much like chiffon
the floral motives are very feminine, sweet & simple yet very classic
it's just everything i've always dreamed of
it's the very material & the very design that would pull me everytime i go the the French lace section hahaha..so it really is A DREAM COME TRUE
sure hope i can get a good enough tailor to realise the dress for me ;)
