earth hour & yoghurt

i was driving home in my car back from Jln TAR
with my aunt n her husband
we were passing the DBKL building when *poof*
the lights on the building went off
it's Saturday, 28 March 2009
and it's Earth Hour
called my bro back at the apartment
asked him have they switched off the lights
the've done it
let's hope the little that we did could help save the environment

yesterday, for the first time in my life, i tried a yoghurt drink
my sister said she tried strawberry flavoured Bliss, and it wasnt so bad
now, i've heard of the benefits of taking yoghurt
so i thought, why not give it a try?
since they do have strawberry flavour, shouldnt taste so bad, right?
since sis already bought Bliss, i tried out a new type, Shine
it was raspberry & strawberry flavoured
the verdict?


yummy!
tasted like strawberry Sugus! *lol*
mine tasted better than Bliss
so maybe i'll make it my weekly drink
wanna be serious about my diet starting next mth
let's hope i can really stick to it this time around
